Staff, Volunteers & Representatives must:

  • Support an inclusive environment

  • Report any concerns about discrimination or exclusion

 

Service Users & Visitors are expected to:

  • Respect others participating in our services

  • Follow our Code of Conduct

If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or exclusion, please report it to:

Concerns will be handled sensitively, fairly, and in line with our Complaints and Whistleblowing procedures.

6. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to learning and improving. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects best practice and the needs of our community.
