Booking Policy
Workshops & Networking Groups (Online and In-Person)
1. Booking Process
-
All workshops and networking groups must be booked in advance via our website, booking platform, or directly with Wickerbys C.I.C.
-
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once payment (if applicable) has been received and confirmation issued.
-
Some events have limited capacity; waiting lists may be offered where appropriate.
2. Payment
-
Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
-
Fees must be paid in full before attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Free or funded sessions still require advance booking to secure a place.
3. Cancellations by Attendees
-
Online and face-to-face events:
-
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund or transfer (minus any non-refundable booking fees).
-
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as costs and facilitator time have already been committed.
-
-
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval and suitability of the event.
4. Cancellations or Changes by Wickerbys C.I.C.
-
Wickerbys C.I.C. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend events due to unforeseen circumstances (including low numbers, facilitator availability, or technical issues).
-
In such cases, attendees will be offered a refund, credit, or alternative date, where possible.
-
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel or accommodation).
5. Online Events
-
Access details for online sessions will be sent prior to the event and must not be shared without permission.
-
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment, and a private space where possible.
-
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
6. Face-to-Face Events
-
Attendees are expected to arrive on time and follow any venue guidance, including health and safety requirements.
-
Late arrivals may not be admitted if they would disrupt the session.
-
Wickerbys C.I.C. is not responsible for personal belongings brought to events.
7. Accessibility and Inclusion

Wickerbys C.I.C. aims to make events as accessible and inclusive as possible.
-
