Cancellation Policy
Workshops & Networking Groups (Online and In-Person) 1. Booking Process • All workshops and networking groups must be booked in advance via our website, booking platform, or directly with Wickerbys C.I.C. • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once payment (if applicable) has been received and confirmation issued. • Some events have limited capacity; waiting lists may be offered where appropriate. 2. Payment • Payment terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. • Fees must be paid in full before attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Free or funded sessions still require advance booking to secure a place. 3. Cancellations by Attendees • Online and face-to-face events: o Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund or transfer (minus any non-refundable booking fees). o Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as costs and facilitator time have already been committed. • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval and suitability of the event. 4. Cancellations or Changes by Wickerbys C.I.C. • Wickerbys C.I.C. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend events due to unforeseen circumstances (including low numbers, facilitator availability, or technical issues). • In such cases, attendees will be offered a refund, credit, or alternative date, where possible. • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel or accommodation). 5. Online Events • Access details for online sessions will be sent prior to the event and must not be shared without permission. • Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment, and a private space where possible. • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. 6. Face-to-Face Events • Attendees are expected to arrive on time and follow any venue guidance, including health and safety requirements. • Late arrivals may not be admitted if they would disrupt the session. • Wickerbys C.I.C. is not responsible for personal belongings brought to events. 7.
